Hello! I’m Courtney.
I’m an intuitive healer trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I have lived many lives during my brief time on this planet. At various points I have been a pre-medical track philosophy student; a collegiate rower; a personal trainer; a sports massage therapist for professional athletes; an acupuncturist; an online psychic; a grateful surgical patient; a Tarot reader; and an herbalist. True to my Gemini form!
I was the only daughter of a solo autistic dad, and I lost both my parents to cancer by the age of 39. I’ve lived in thirteen cities and moved residences more times than I have fingers and toes. I have struggled with profound loss and encompassing grief…and emerged kinder, wiser, and very grateful for this bittersweet gift of life.
Each injury, transition, and loss has involved roadblocks and new identities that paved the way for rebirth. And each ultimately led to a beautifully updated version of myself and an inspired new chapter in my life.
Transitional periods offer unique, precious opportunities to reassess where you’re heading and how you’re going to get there. And in truth we are always in transition, always becoming.
I’ve learned to interpret messages from the body and from the spirit world during the perpetual transition of becoming, and I want to share this ability with you.
Your patterns—assessed through the wrist pulses, our conversation, and my intuitive perceptions—reveal where you are blocked or weak and where your essential Self is wanting to break through.
We break patterns in many ways, but it always begins with bringing consciousness to what is here.
Then we can utilize tools like acupuncture, meditation, herbal medicine, dietary changes, and creating new habits to facilitate healing and expansion.
You can read more about my personal journeys with acupuncture and intuition.
Come home to yourself. Let’s walk together on the path.
