I’m an acupuncturist and intuitive who works with people to clear pain patterns, whether in the physical or emotional bodies (or both!)

If you’re interested in hands-on work…

Your first acupuncture session is about 90 minutes long and will cover your full health history. This is available in the Marina (Union & Fillmore) and Noe Valley (23rd & Sanchez). When you’re ready, book your first acupuncture session here!

I also offer community-style acupuncture with a live sound bath about once a month—we’d love to have you, and you can book under the “Sound Healing Events” on my booking page.

Services

  • Acupuncture and accessory therapies, largely pulling from the Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture tradition. Available in 40- and 70-minute sessions. Read more here.

  • Our massage team is highly trained and intuitive. They will customize each session for your unique needs and preferences.

  • Customized granule herbal formulas, Chinese herbal tinctures and tablets, and Western supplement recommendations are available to anyone who has completed a Start-Up Session. I refrain from making these recommendations unless I am familiar with your health history and current medication list.

  • Remote sessions featuring Medical Intuitive work, guided meditation, and Tarot readings. Read more here.

Events

  • Tuesday from 3-6pm I offer a community-style acupuncture clinic in the office, with treatments offered on a sliding scale of $65-85. Stay as long as you’d like! Book here

  • On the first Sunday of every month join me online for a guided Yoga Nida practice followed by a group Reiki healing session. $10 donation encouraged but not required! Zoom link here
